Julie London had a cool, bright, and velvety voice. Simply sublime. No synthesised voices or computers modulating the voice.

For me, Julie London’s fine voice is unmistakable but I’m fascinated by the aquarium! And for those from the TV generation, Julie London had a second career as Nurse Dixie McCall in “Emergency”, along with her musician husband Bobby Troup (who composed “Route 66”). Ahhh....a trivia-gasm...

huh, that is a good song.

but why the heck would u start a thread about it?!? ha! you guys are too much. i can imagine all the moose and sister and cheese and hugh and series and kitties on this thread.

or maybe not. i've been wrong before. that's a good song to win a lady over with a nice slow dance.
