I cant understand how they can take my private property (401k)? Pardon the rueful chuckle. Since Kelo, there's no longer any such thing as 'private' property. You are owned lock, stock, and barrel by the State to be disposed of as they see fit.
The Constitution prevents this type of perversion.
The Constitution prevents nothing. "Prevention" is up to you.
