It pains me, as one who once supported Mitt Romney so much as to even contribute to his campaign, but watching his flunkies ATTACK Sarah Palin, I am filled with anger and contempt.
Explain, please. Because it sure looks like McCain is responsible.
McCain is responsible
Point blank. McCain’s camp is trying to spread lies about Palin and Romney’s camp.
Good riddance McCain
All the early GOP turncouts seem to be “Mittens”.
That bubblehead at NR was the first. But it seems to be a cadre of Mittens, from day one attacked Palin.
I have seen nothing out of Mitt, to stand his flunkes down.
McCain really did seem to be running not to win, but for his ego. But even now, Mitt’s people are going after Palin right here on this board.
Obamas win is the best thing that could of happened for us.
Figure it out.
They can not make it without us to blame for their problems.
Any thoughts?
He never left. We just deluded ourselves that he had for awhile.
I think it's now clear that he never really let go of his dream of Lieberman as his VP choice, and he took Palin as some kind of sop to "those conservatives" or however he probably refers to us.
Don't let the door hit your ass on your way to the Dems' clubhouse, John.
I agree with your point, about the Romneyoids attacking Palin, but his not telling them to stand down isn't really his place. If they want to be aholes about it, we can ignore them.
I don't think he's going to run again, btw.
I’m not sure Republicans are up to the task, of blaming Obama.
If (we) are, then you may be right.
I fear we are too nice. By factors of magnitude.
You don’t know anything only what some people are saying! I thought it was McCain aides that were spreading the rumors. Anyway that is what the media said. Of course they were anonymous! I know one thing it was vicious and cruel’ blaming someone else for your own short comings!
(See here for a revealing example of how Team McCain really feels about Sarah Palin -- who only singlehandedly kept him from being completely plowed under electorally, is all -- regardless of whatever they may bleat for public consumption.)
You must be no older than 16 or a DU troll or both
You sadly misjudge the consequences of a single party government, particularly one that is controlled by the Democrats. Can you name one significant federal program that has been abolished in the last fifty years? Programs initiated in the next few years will rapidly become entitlements and anything short of a civil war will not eliminate such programs. Further consider appointments to the Supreme Court.
McCain’s silence is deafening. C’mon lets face it, he’s got the biggest ego on the right. That’s why he’s always willing to share it with the left. When he crosses over to work with them again, let him just stay there. He never even came close to hitting Obama as hard as he hits his own party. Sad fact - he takes pleasure in it..Good Bye
It is hard to take much issue with that.
Yeah and the scaredey cats won’t even come out in person and say whatever this tripe is—They are afraid of her as they should be—girlfriend will take ‘em to task on the truth—aim, shoot, field dress :-D. More hide to see hangin’ on Alaska walls—LOL.
Naw, it wasn’t Romney’s fault. McCain couldn’t find his @$$ with both hands and ran the most inept campaign of my lifetime. He deserved to lose. He was unable to articulate a message that people wanted to hear and had to have Joe the Plumber explain it for him.
Good riddance, John Boy. You screwed the conservatives in the GOP too many times for me to give a good royal $h!t that you’re gone. Next time, let’s put up a candidate that I don’t have to hold my nose to vote for....
