Huh? America just elected a half-Kenyan born Socialist because they got sold by his snake-oil pitch and media snow job. The one good thing about an Obama presidency is that it really does prove ANYONE can win it; Jindal is an excellent orator and is making progress with a state mired in corruption and autocracy
As an experiment, I have shown people who have never heard of Jindal his images available around the web, and it elicits giggles for some reason, it’s strange. Try this one on some shallow people:

I do agree that Jindal is an excellent orator and a true conservative. A lot of voters go on visual image unfortunately. As goofy as Barak Hussein looks, for some reason, he is considered an attractive looking african american male, or at least he was sold and bought that way.
I’m only jumping in here because I had a back and forth at work with a fellow Freeper about this. It’s lame, I know, but the American voters go in some part for a certain image, which we need to keep in mind come 2012 and as much as I like Jindal, I really don’t see it happening for him.
Of course, I could be wrong and totally off base, but we do have what happened last night as an example of this.
