A Short Study Of Why McCain/Palin Win
Self ^ | 11/04/08 | Marvin Galloway

Posted on 11/04/2008 9:03:58 AM PST by MHGinTN

Here's a quick and simple study for why Obama votes will not reach the projected polling data.

Let's first assume 10 democrat voters/votes from the 2006 elections and 9 Republican voters/votes. The Democrats won the '06 election by about that margin.

Now, in that 10 votes for "D" candidates in '06 there were regular voters now being characterized as PUMAs (disgruntled Hillary Democrats). From the primaries of '08 we may say there are 5 PUMA voters. If 2 of those five are so pissed off at Obama's treatment of Hilalry that they will vote for McCain/Palin, that would be a conservative count. Let's see what that does to the election we're int he middle of.

The 9 "R" voters might filter down to 8 "R" votes, just for comparisons ... we can't factor the broken glass Republicans who will vote this time but didn't bother in '06 because they were mad at the "R" for out of control spending, so the "R" might actually be 10 starting this calculation, but we'll stay with the 8 just to see what happens.

The original 10 "D" have been cut to 8 due to the disgruntled and determined PUMAs, so the "D" votes are now 8. BUT, the "R" 8 now get 2 PUMA votes, so they move to 10! Obama loses the election but the loss cannot be predicted mathematically by polling because of the assumed "D" base of votes the pollsters use to start their calculations!

For discussion, assume that the ACORN fraud votes will cancel the broken glass voters showing up this time that didn't bother to vote in '06.

Smile, have a piece of Halloween candy. The Marxist Democrat isn't going to win this election, even with his army of cheating ACORNS.

Don’t be idiotic.

This group has helped McCain tremendously. Who hasn’t seen a big-time Hillary donor on TV for McCain?

While I understand your reluctance to overemphasize, you should not dismiss the PUMAs so quickly.

The original poster has a message for you: you don’t know whom are the PUMAs if you think they see Hillary as the ideological twin to the little Marxist squirrel. Your jump to put PUMAs into a class of blind sycophants shows you have no idea of the sophistication these thinking Democrats represent. OR you may just be dumping at FR in service to the little ACORN diver. PUMAs are smarter than you, so we don’t really expect you to comprehend the PUMAs.

Marvin! I'm all out of Halloween candy. So I started drinking Beer.

Started w St. Pauli Girl then a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, lastly a Becks. Now I'm going for either a MOLSON CANADIAN (my favorite) or a Pilsner Urquell. Been trying a lot of variety lately.

Pilsner Urquell is a great choice. I'd suggest a Spaten Oktoberfest if you can find out tonight. Best beer in the world, I think.

I haven’t believed the polling data for a long time. Nor do I put much credit in many exit polls.

I apologize to all of you. I was terribly wrong.

I apologize if I got your hopes up only to have them dashed by the catastrophic election outcome and obsequious behavior of the media outlets.

I will not ping you on political issues again, this ping list is no more. If your name is listed on the prayer ping list, just let me know and I will take it off from there, also.

Amy God have mer4cy upon US, we are about to get what we have deserved for a long time for abandoning The Lord and allowing secular humanism become the religion of the United States. Good luck, FRiends.

Not a problem. I was hoping my pessimism was merely the effect of living in Blue Jersey, but I knew deep down that there was no way McCain would survive the Panic of 2008, nor the Obama Messiah phenomenon.

My FRiend, leave me on any ping list you have.

You owe me now apology. We had every reason to believe the polls were lies. I still believe they were lies that were predictive by coincidence.

I apologize to all of you. I was terribly wrong.

I might not be a bad idea to do some sampling of registrations for ballots in some Democrat strongholds to see if they're legit. Sampling a few hundred should give a good clue as to whether the election was stolen. Not that anyone would likely do anything even so, but it would be good to know.

McCain had chances to win. He repeatedly snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. Sarah Palin et al. tried to drag him across the finish line, but they could only do so much.
