An internal McCain poll? If right, Obama is losing badly. Landslide.

Zogby sucks - he was soooo off in last year final projection when he thought Kerry would win. I still think Maverick is going to prove the pollsters and the media wrong. God is on our side
California: 0bama 44 McCain 43 Barr 3 Undecided 10
I don’t know how close California is right now, but I have never seen such a lack of enthusiasm for the Democrat candidate before. It’s nothing like it was in 2000 and 2004.
I’ve seen many NOBAMA bumper stickers, yards that had Kerry signs in 2004, empty, except one that has a McCain sign.
If Obama wins California it will be with the smallest margin ever.
You trolls and FUD makers need to realize that we can spot you by your unimaginative handles.
Polls are wrong every election cycle. Also, polls are only a supplement to election analysis. You can tell those who are working for the Obama Campaign by their insistence that polls are the *only* data.
McCain is going to win this. Just GOTV, make calls, get people to the voting area, and laugh when this is all over.
Seems very absurd to me...McCain can win, but no landslide.
I am sorry, but most people I talk to brush off the complaints about Obama and just say they want change.
That is a powerful thing, as is history. McCain has a tough hill to climb. I think we will win, but these polls showing 7 points like this one when it did show a much closer race earlier is something to be worried about.
yeah, the polls can be off, but not so much that McCain would win by a landslide.......at best a squeaker win.
Frankly, that would be better to see the reactions of the Dems anyway.
New Hampshire:
Ras: Obama +7.0
Final: Clinton +2.6
California:
Ras: Obama +1.0
Final: Clinton +9.6
Texas:
Ras: Obama +1.0
Final: Clinton +3.5
2008 Zogby Polls:
NH Primary - Obama by 13 (actual result: Hillary by 3)
CA Primary - Obama by 13 (actual result: Hillary by 10)
Well...I had not seen it, so I thank shield for posting it.
shield...is this the Quinn and Rose show?
If so, I’ve been trying to listen to it for a while.
Thank you, shield!
LOL!
Yep...I'm a word_warrior_bob post fan. ;o)
It's time the democrats got a good thrashing for
trying to foist such a leftist on us, and the media
needs a good comeuppance for acting as a mouthpiece
for them.
".......at best a squeaker win."
No...McPalin will do better than that, and it's imperative that they do so.
It will be an easier loss for the other side.
Good point. I could be surprised. Some of the signs in PA point to perhaps a big win, it is just hard to believe at this point. Who knows. If Obama won’t be there in the next couple days as asserted by the MSM, then that could either be good news for him or bad news.......O knows he is losing there.
This has been a long campaign....I have voted and am trying to get as many as I know to vote McCain.
Obama is flat scary, particulary with the SCOTUS on the line. Not to be morbid, but I can’t see the two oldest SCOTUS judges being around for four more years.
Good for you!
You've always been such a good young person wrt politics, and I've always appreciated your presence here.
I suggest one thing...go to Whizbang and look up DJ Drummand. He has a whole series on how polls are conducted. You might be pleasantly surprised. ;o)
I am now a reporter in West Texas and would love to find some people moving across states just to vote like the palestra.net site.....they have done tremendous work, including in NM. Now, I really should get to bed with church and all!
Awww...you’re all grown up, with a respectable job.
I’m proud of you!
“palestra.net site”
They are so awesome!
And, so are you!
I have no doubt that you will match them.
Nitey nite!
I have been through the outer reaches of two suburban Philadelphia counties the last two weekends. Yard signs and bumper stickers are easily running 10-1 for McCain. Pundits and pollsters are telling me that Obama is strong in these areas. Yeah, right.
In the past 5 Presidential elections I have always been able to judge the winner by the number of bumper stickers I see locally. I was concerned in 04 when I was seeing just as many Kerry stickers as I was Bush sticker and sure enough it was a very close race. This year I have seen a fair amount of Obama stickers, but many more for McCain and Palin. So based on my nonscientific method, I am betting that McCain wins the election.
It will be interesting to see if my method holds true for a 6th time.
The New York and California numbers make it incredible.
