What I'm Voting Democrat
wac3rd ^ | 11-1-08 | wac3rd

Posted on 11/01/2008 12:31:08 AM PDT by wac3rd

Why I'm voting Democrat:

I'm voting Democrat because English has no place being the official language in America .

I'm voting Democrat because I'd rather pay $4 for a gallon of gas than allow drilling for oil off the coasts of America .

I'm voting Democrat because I think the government will do a better job of spending my money than I could.

I'm voting Democrat because when we pull out of Afghanistan and Iraq , I know the Islamic terrorists will stop trying to kill us because they will think we are a good and decent country.

I'm voting Democrat because I believe people who can't tell us if it will rain in two or three days, can now tell us the polar ice caps will disappear in ten years if I don't start riding a bicycle, build a windmill or inflate my tires to proper levels.

I'm voting Democrat because it's alright to kill mill ions of babies as long as we keep violent, convicted murderers on death row alive.

I'm voting Democrat because I believe businesses in America should not be allowed to make profits. Businesses should just break even and give the rest to the government so politicians and bureaucrats can redistribute the money the way they think it should be redistributed.

I'm voting Democrat because I believe guns, and not the people misusing them, are the cause of crimes and killings.

I'm voting Democrat because when someone with a weapon threatens my family or me, I know the government can respond faster through a call to 911 than I can with a gun in my hand.

I'm voting Democrat because oil companies 5% profit on a gallon of gas are obscene, but government taxes of 18% on the same gallon of gas are just fine.

I'm voting Democrat because I believe three or four elitist liberals should rewrite the Con stitution every few months to suit some fringe element that could never get their agenda past voters.

I'm voting Democrat because illegal aliens are not criminals, are not sucking up resources through government aid, hospital services, education, or social services, but are just people trying to make a better life by coming to America illegally. We can't blame them for that, can we?

I'm voting Democrat because now I can now marry whatever I want, so I've decided to marry my horse.

Makes you wonder why anyone would ever vote Republican, doesn't it?

Read it, it’s funny, but accurate.

If you only took the time to proofread your headline.

Please read the titles to two back-to-back stories at Worldnetdaily:

Ayers dedicated book to RFK-assassin Sirhan Sirhan
Obama’s colleague saw Robert Kennedy’s assassin as ‘political prisoner’
—WND

Caroline Kennedy energizes Florida crowd for Obama
‘We need someone with his judgment, his temperament and his knowledge’
—TCPalm

Why are Obama-leaning Democrats in SUCH denial?!!!!

What is the entire “temperment” thing with the Liberals? Joe Klein of TIME dedicated a cover saying “Does Temperment Matter?” to re-enforce Democratic talking points.

Every black magazine (as expected) has an Obama cover, as do Men’s Health and other rags on the newsstand.

We are in for a fight, but I haven’t given up.

Go Maverick and Barracuda!

Amen.

I've personally given up on issue arguments though. Went to a function tonight full of Obama voters and I've got a new simple closing argument.

When someone says they're voting for Obama I say Oh!, you're voting for the Obama brand.

I then explain that Obama is just a huge marketing campaign with catchphrases, celebrity endorsements and even an infomercial.

If they disagree I just ask them what he's ever done or anything about his history. If they can't answer that they must be voting based on an impression they got from the marketing of Obama. Most of the younger Obama supporters think they are non-conformists and independent thinkers. When you tell them they are just following the crowd they might think twice.

I'm voting for McCain the man not Obama the brand.

This really needs to be sent out to each and every voter prior to November 4, if only it really could be done! We are already losing the U.S. to long-term socialism, and it really won’t be worth working and living in the U.S., if capitalism truly becomes non-existent!

Everything was spot on except the illegals.

I’m no friend of this BTW, but we, as concerned folk must set the record straight. In the original post this is what I have a contension with, this one bit:

I’m voting Democrat because illegal aliens are not criminals, are not sucking up resources through government aid, hospital services, education, or social services, but are just people trying to make a better life by coming to America illegally. We can’t blame them for that, can we?

Now my FRiends we know this post was being sarcastic. but lets get real. If I Was living in a third world country, and I had the prospect of financial gain in the hopeless mire that is Mexico, by “violating US law”, while at the same time; US law enforcers were not “enforcing” immigration laws, I’d be a hero to my Meican famiia. Well that’s why were in this pickel now isin’t it? I’ll lay blame on El presidente V. Fox, on Bush, and yes, unfortunatly, on Reagan too. I’m an equal opertunity blamer..

OUR GOVERNMET FAILED TO DO THIER JOB!!!

So what do we do now? Well for starers read my tag line!

I'm voting Democrat because the current economic meltdown has proven once and for all that capitalism is a complete failure, and so it's time to give Marxism a fair shake.

I'm voting Democrat because all their ads are positive and issues-oriented, while Republicans just run nasty attack ads.

I'm voting Democrat because their message is always one of healing and unity as they urge peoples of all races / creeds / ages / genders / gender ID's / gender perceptions to unite behind a single man - President-To-Be Obama, as opposed to Republicans who are being so utterly divisive by trying to fool the electorate into SPLITTING its votes between TWO candidates.

I'm voting Democrat because many, many foreign voices - especially ones with Arab accents - are telling us we should vote Democrat, and I'm so tired of our old "cowboy" mentality of going it alone in the world. I'll sleep so much better at night knowing that our nuclear arsenal has been turned over to a world body we can completely trust - the UN!

I'm voting Democrat because I am so tired of having to sort through all these issues and charges and counter charges. Every time I THINK a lot about issues, I lean towards the Republicans, but dang it! I'm tired of too much heavy thinking! I find that when I can manage to let go of thinking and fall back into the secure arms of feelings and emotions, it is so much easier! Thinking is just so overrated anyway. Feeling is where it's at.

Go ahead - try this experiment: First, listen to John McCain or Rush or Hannity making some pro-conservative points about whatever issues. Notice how hard it is to listen carefully and understand every last bit of it. Next, try gazing at one of those boldly-colored, painted, heroic poses of Obama looking upwards into the future, while you listen to a crowd chanting "O-Ba-Ma!" over and over and over and over and over .... Just let go of your thoughts and just FEEL that he is The One! And notice how this is a so much easier path to go.

Why are Obama-leaning Democrats in SUCH denial?!!!! I think a big part of the problem is that Obama is black and almost all leftists share a profoundly racist world view. They talk about equality and racial justice but just can't take a black guy seriously. Obama says and does things that would scare them silly if he was white. They will see the light. When it is too late.

It’s not just denial, it is media / Hollywood propaganda on ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, and MSNBC. Not to mention entertainment outlets like Saturday Night Live and other sources. The reality is there are MASSIVE Hollywood production studio staffs, writers, TV programs, newsrooms, etc., set up to “package” the Obama, Osama brand and sell it to the public.

The fact that it is not a 90% race for Obama, even with the FAKE POLL NUMBERS is a miracle and a testament to Americans.

Couple all of this with the routine Vote Fraud that has been happening for over 30 years that is now FINALLY beginning to see the light of day and you might understand why any Democrat seems to win elections. Without vote fraud and Hollywood packaging they would cease to exist.

I'm in complete agreement with you. The media is a hurricane of filth that is destroying our civilization a little more every day. Bias and propaganda are two very different things.

I see nothing that separates the behavior of the media in this election from the military of a South American dictatorship using force to stop an unpopular election. Both are subverting democracy. Both are fascists.

Real Americans need to build our own media or Barry's voice will soon be the only one that is heard at all.
