Frank Luntz represents the “conventional wisdom” in the media. In Trade only shows a 16 percent chance of McCain winning on Tuesday. I hope they are wrong, but those are the numbers out there.
And yes, I do like Frank Luntz as he will surprise you now and then. But too often he takes what his focus groups say at face value. What people say is not the same thing as what they do.

I haven’t seen him since shortly after the Repub convention, but back then he was saying very good things about our tickets chances and, I’m sure coincidently, I liked him.
He’s one of those people who prompts a channel change, even if it is Fox News. Not quite sure what it is that’s such a turnoff. Arrogant know-it-all might be up there at the top of the list. No room for error in his view.
ditto - he is a putz. Not only that, but he is biased toward Obama even though he doesn’t try to be. Additionally, he is too ignorant to realize that Obama has paid people whose sole job is to infiltrate his focus groups as republicans and independents. Also, I hate how he acts like his focus groups are gospel when they are overwhelmingly in favor of Obama - “According to my group, Obama will win this election.” He is an Obama sympathizer.

The problem with Putz (lol) is that he and his groups are wrong. When his group loves something, it usually fails to be reflected in the polls. He’s kinda like Dicky Morris, wrong more often than not.
But, I digress, yes, he makes me gag every time I see him.
It's not directly the fault of the (admittedly worthless) producers for putting these 'more-equal sheeple' out there, it's Ailes fault for not culling She(m)p and the other weak-kneed RINOs.
Ask yourself, why can't Fox hire Beck? Because BoRass doesn't want the competition. That means Ailes has lost the rudder of the ship.
I was listening to local talk radio driving home from work. One of the participants of Luntz's focus group got through to the talk-radio show. She said that the last question Luntz asked was, "It's the day after the election. Obama has won. How do you feel?"
The caller said that after people responded and Luntz wrapped up, she asked him off air why he didn't ask the same question about a McCain win, and Luntz smirked something along the lines, "That's not going to happen."
Whatever happens in this election I'll always associate that crack with an ill-fitting toupée.

A caller on the Schnitt Show mentioned that see was paid to be on one of those panels on Fox News, maybe Luntz, she was supposed to be one of those “independants” He was totally biased for Obama.

I don’t like him either - he coaches his focus groups to get the answer he wants & then cuts them off really quick when they don’t play along.

I’m with you. There was a thread about him yesterday and I posted how he makes my skin crawl and I HATE his wig. It gets longer and thicker with each passing month. Oh, and I hate his little touchy feely emotion reaction machines and the graphs that go with them. His appearance is an automatic channel flip.
