Time to start pushing back, against the media left.
KFI morning flake Bill Handel, has gone completely nutjob in his hatred toward Sarah Palin. It's infuriating.
His beef? He doesn't have one. He's just another pro-gay Palin basher. Who's fortunate enough to have the time slot directly in front of Rush Limbaugh, in a huge market. Otherwise, he would be nothing.
Handel's frothing pro-gay positions seem (clearly) based on conflict of interest, to advance one of his off-air businesses: collecting large amounts of money from gay "couples" for what is called evidently called surrogate parenting.
Time to push back, he's beyond flaky now, he's become a nutjob Obama-naut. I say, a spirited boycott is in order.
Anyone have a list of Handel's advertisers?...
Other than Rush I’ve stopped listening to KFI when in L.A. Ken and John are phonies and Handel needs medication.
I don’t like Handel. He was a total hawk on Iraq...until it started going bad, and then he was a total critic, blaming Bush for everything.
But KFI does carry Rush (in fact, KFI launched him nationally), so it would be hard to boycott them entirely when in the car.

Why don’t you just listen to another station while this guy is on? Sounds like a waste of time.
Doesn’t KFI air Dr. Laura and Rush? Why would you boycott a station that is generally on our side because a single host shoots his mouth off?
Boycott the host, not the station — don’t cut off your nose to spite your face.

I could tell Handel was a sleeze when I used to hear “Handel on the Law” once in a while on weekend AM radio.
Does Handel take phone calls from listeners anymore?

I'll bet you that Handel doesn't condescendingly speak to people in person the same way he does on the radio.
He took a call from a woman about a week ago, the caller pretty accurately nailed the media for liberal bias.
He hung up on her, and called her a conspiracy kook.

Yep, but he’s way different on his morning drive show, which I used to listen to but cannot stand any longer. I still hear Handel on the Law on occasion, but it is laced with the same calls repeatedly. B.H. used to have a very funny show, back in the 90’s. His OJ coverage was priceless.
Today, his competition in Los Angeles, Doug McIntyre from KABC, played the Obama tape from 2001 talking about redistribution of wealth. I think he gets it, now, and he lamented the lack of coverage by the MSM.
Maybe he's pulling to be Obama's Press Secretary.
I'm done with John and Ken too. I do love Dr. Laura. She's the only one I listen to on KFI. Rush is okay, but Dennis Prager is THE MAN!!! 870AM.
He’s just irritating every time I’ve heard him. He’s admitted several times that he was a huge cokehead at one time. He probably still is, IMHO.
I haven’t listened to Handel since sometime in ‘04. He’s a complete ratings hack. I think KFI has gone increasingly leftwards to keep their ratings. They (rightly or wrongly) must think that in order to keep their ratings up they have to be perceived as center-left now.
When I turn my car on, sometimes it is still on KFI (I listen to Rush on KFI, that’s it) — and I shake my head at how they froth at the mouth about Palin. Once even the in-the-tank Obama guy wanted to know if Handel wasn’t a little overboard in how he portrayed Palin.
I think he’s lost it.
