Now back in 1961—wouldn’t the race be listed as either “Negro” or “Colored”?
I’d like to see other and similar examples of birth certificates within the same time period to see if this was the normal practice with Hawaii. Otherwise the authenticity is questionable.
I say it’s fake and created by some 20 year old that has no clue of what the “norm” was in 1961.
