That was exactly my point. When you are dealing with a large entity (as opposed to a small one like the Woods Fund where participants are chosen for being like-minded) you can't go by who has some relationship or friendship with someone. It's track records that matter.
I’m sorry that it hurts Annenberg’s prestige, but leave Ayeers out of it for a minute. The point is that there are ties between factcheck.org and Annenberg. It’s not impartial enough because of Obama being on the board of Annenberg. THAT is the source of his qualification? Only in a banana republic. Who, besides Obama-linked people, has seen the birth certificate?
And speaking of Annenberg, Ayers and Obama were on the board. It’s damaged goods, like it or not.
