Knowing how homeschoolers hate government intrusion, I thought that pinging the list would be indicated.
While this is not necessarily a specifically homeschool related issue, it does have ramifications that could affect us greatly.

Word needs to get out about what’s in the future if obama gets in.

Interesting to note that even liberal leaning groups like the Hillary supporters of PUMA are alarmed about this because they read the meaning behind the words of Obama and Biden.

Oh, I have no doubt that homeschooling is a BIG target for the left if they get into power.

Thanks for the ping. I, actually, have been concerned about this plan of Obama’s and have even wondered how far we would go to keep our kids from any indoctrination camp, or whatever euphemism Barky comes up with. I’ve become acquainted with a HSing mom in Sweden, where they have to get government permission in order to HS. I have no doubt that Barky would love to see an end to homeschooling. John Dewey believed that a high level of literacy was a hindrance to socialism. HSers not only are spared the liberal indoctrination of public schools, but they are also taught to think for themselves and end up, generally, highly educated.
