Dehydrated, dried whole eggs have a shelf life of like 15 years as long as they are unopened and not exposed to Oxygen.

If you don’t have any, I guess you won’t need an egg beater!

I’ve lived over half a century without owning an egg beater and I sure as hell don’t consider it #8 on the list of things to have. Why isn’t owning chickens #8? At least you get fresh eggs from the chickens.
