You're neglecting several important factors:

* Obama is a healer. He can heal the planet, heal the sick, and heal the divide which threatens this great nation.

* Obama is an expert in health care. There is nothing wrong with his grandmother which couldn't be fixed by a single-payer health care plan, like they have in Canada or Sweden.
