What I cant understand is they say his employer has a state license, but not one for the county he works in.

Everywhere I’ve lived if you had state license you could work anywhere in the state.

It has nothing to do with anything other than the U in FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt).. they just ask the question, it could be meaningless, but unless someone actually goes out (like we did here) and checks to see what the license requirements are, you've plated a seed of uncertainty and doubt. The media and the left is trying to create a relationship between Joe and dishonesty instead of Joe and everyman.

In California you have to have a license in every city you do work in.

My city licenses for just Los Angeles and Orange county used to run about $1000/year.
