In California you have to have a license in every city you do work in.
My city licenses for just Los Angeles and Orange county used to run about $1000/year.

Do they even have a State License in California?
Here is Fl the State License (Certified) is good for anywhere in the state, while County Licenses (Registered) are only valid in each individual county.

You only pay $1000 per year in license fees for the two counties?
Surely, under Obama, Pelosi, Reid, Boxer, Feinstein, Waxman, and Villaraigosa...your license fees will be increased to $10,000 annually.
