Obviously, I'm not going to post all of the information on it for fear of ID theft, but this official CoLB provides categories of information and specifics within those categories. The categories are (in order from top to bottom):
This Child (full name of child, sex, date and time of birth)
Place of Birth (Hospital name, address, city, county)
Mother of Child (full name, age, birthplace, color or race)
Usual Residence of Mother (street, city, county, state)
Father of Child (full name, age, birthplace, occupation)
Informant's Certification (signature of parent or other informant and date)
Attendant's Certification (signature of Physician and address)
Registrar's Certification (signature of local registrar and date).
Informant's Certification is accompanied by an oath that reads: "I have reviewed the above stated information and hereby certify that it is true and correct to the best of my knowledge."
Attendant's Certification is accompanied by an oath that reads: " I hereby certify that I attended this birth and that this child was born alive at the hour date and place stated above."
(Apparently, I was a bit hasty in indicating all official CoLB's have length and weight of child, as mine does not).
Finally, I'm proud to know - beyond any shadow of a doubt - that I am a natural born citizen of these United States and wouldn't hesitate to produce this record in a heartbeat for anyone who asked for proof of such status. It's what allowed me to obtain my passport and has been used as proof to get me into my first job.
You would think anyone possessing such a birthright would feel as proud of their documentation as I do of mine (which is why I carried it around for so long).
So again I ask: what's Obama hiding?
He’s hiding a CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS.....he’s NOT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.
You know what I keep hearing is how it was sealed on the back of the COLB. How many places seal the BACK of an official document.
That has bugged me from the start.
Maybe it is common in other states than my own. But I am a notary and if I sealed and signed the back of a document, I don’t know it would be accepted anywhere.
