Smears claiming Barack Obama doesn’t have a birth certificate aren’t actually about that piece of paper — they’re about manipulating people into thinking Barack is not an American citizen.
The truth is, Barack Obama was born in the state of Hawaii in 1961, a native citizen of the United States of America.
Next time someone talks about Barack’s birth certificate, make sure they see this page.

Perfect - you’ve looked behind the curtain. This has been proven time and again. McPalin said something like, “when you see flack you know you are over the target.” Obama has always worked his magic with smoke and mirrors.
I don’t buy it.
If Obama or any of his flunkies had a real birth certificate that would stand up in court they would PRODUCING it in court rather than paying some very expensive lawyers big bucks to fight the suits aimed at forcing him to produce it.
It’s not rocket science.
There can be only two reasons why they have chosen to fight rather than hand it over. Either they don’t have it, or they have it and it says something they don’t want the public to know.

YOU TELL ME where Obama was born. Give me the name of the hospital, and tell me who was present. What witnesses signed his original Birth Certificate. What was the name of the doctor who delivered him? All of this should be visible on the the vaulted long-version of his Birth Certificate — one of the basic documents requested by Berg.
So - under Hawaii law - which was posted above - thank you for that - the Obama’s went there knowing that they could get a BC for their child - hoping that such questions as posed here on Free Republic would be null and void?
That’s what it looks like to me. — If I ran for POUS - I could answer everyone of those questions and post my original documents - it seems that a man being groomed for such political offices would somehow displace these important records???
EVERY state issues an offical Birth Certificate complete with the state seal, every state. So please resist the twist.
As I mentioned the cert of Live Birth has been proven to be someone else’s.
If this were real they would have turned it over to the court in PA. But if they do it’s a criminal act. This story is getting traction, newspapers are writing and now I think there are suits in several states.

As noted in previous threads on the issue, there are questions surrounding the validity of this birth certificate. Some have suggested that it may be a clever forgery.
There are allegations that another birth certificate exists showing him to have been born in Mombassa, Kenya, at Coast Hospital.
Eyewitness accounts by three of his relatives, including his paternal grandmother, place his birth in Kenya, not Hawaii.
Neverthless, as noted - again - in previous threads, Obama could put this issue to rest once and for all by producing a “long form” record of his birth. The fact that he has chosen to respond to the Berg lawsuit with 2 motions (one to dismiss and the other to keep his personal records sealed) begs the obvious question: “What’s he trying to hide?”
Legally, he is well within his right to file these motions but, politically speaking, this is dangerous territory he treads.
On every legitimate job application in this land, an applicant is asked if he is a U.S. Citizen. If the answer is “no”, the next question is, are you legally eligible to work in this country?
Doesn’t it make sense that we demand proof that our presidential candidates meet the very barest minimum qualifications as laid out in Article 2? After all, we often have to provide proof of eligibility to get a job, shouldn’t they?
I don’t think it’s asking too much and should be easy enough to do for a constitutionally-qualified candidate. On the other hand, it would be impossible to do for someone not constitutionally eligible.
So tell me, what kind of legal posturing would you expect from someone unable to provide proof of eligibility?

No I’m not left - I was was just stating: “what is the arguement that they say this BC was issued - I mean the Hawaii state law says anyone living in Hawaii can apply for a BC if temporary removal from the island happened - but they return.” I have read everywhere where he was born in Kenya - people saw him born in Kenya - so why did his parents return to Hawaii and not another state?
I’m voting for McCain - met him in Iraq - liked him then - goign to vote for him now...

I’m not a troll - I need the information - because I get asked about this every now and again - I just checking to see if there’s anything new. The other person - I have no idea.
Watching the debates last night - I believe McCain should have raised the question once more. As one poster above stated: “ Are you a US Citizen and have the right to work in the US?” If the answer is no - then be gone with BO - and I agree. BO doesn’t have the experience and his background is highly questionable. If this was a Republican candidate the demo’s would be going crazy over these issues.
I just posed the question and wanted to see what other thought about since some time has passed.
