Who's the ultimate conservative candidate? Sarah Palin, or Duncan Hunter? (100% honest Vanity)

For me, Duncan Hunter is the ultimate candidate.

Duncan Hunter still has problems with some conservatives over some pork barrel project spending that Hunter did vote for during Hunter’s entire duration as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, and Hunter also still has problems with “free trade conservatives” while Hunter takes the protectionist point-of-view on all trade issues.

Hunter is retired, gone, he is outa here this election.

Hunter seems to shine the brightest when facing a hostile opponent. After the CNN debate with all the liberal ringers, Hunter sent a message to Hillary Clinton asking her to keep the ringers coming. In the spring, Hunter called Harry Reid a coward. Instead of doing the typical democrat thing of calling a presser and demanding an apology, Reid just looked uncomfortable. Reid knew he wasn't getting an apology so he just kept his mouth shut.

Hunter may not be a slick polished politician but look at what the political thoughobreds are doing today. On the other hand, Hunter and Palin are quite similar in that respect.
