I read one poster yesterday write this, and I haven't been able to get it out of my mind:

"PALIN / HUNTER"

Can John McCain please take a couple hours, quietly considering his navel, the universe, and our Country.

And think about that for a while. Seriously.

Perhaps himself, as Secretary of Defense, working for ...

Vice President Duncan Hunter?

No more "my friends" please.

Our world, is at stake.

Of those two choices: Hunter, with high certainty. Palin, maybe, but only time will tell.

For me it’s Hunter. Palin is great but we really haven’t seen her in action down here in the lower 48.

No. Palin/Hunter. Why should she always be the VP candidate? Hunter doesn't have enough fire.

Who is the conservative candidate who can win? Otherwise it is all just the political equivalent of Fantasy Football.

Compare the response of voters to Palin and the response to Hunter and I think we know the answer.

Absolutely. I want to vote for Palin for POTUS. She needs to be the lead candidate in 2012.

I like Hunter for a whole variety of reasons but really would he attract the crowds Palin does.
There is something special and inspiring about her.

Hunter- I no longer believe Sarah Palin to be a non-compromise conservative *ready for the flame suit* but despite the hype-her answers on a few interviews and the debate shows she is either A)Unwilling to confront the left on some conservative issues or B) is wishy-washy because of the prevailing mindset (liberalism).

Hunter is a fine conservative, but he has the personality of a bullfrog.

You say that, like being a bullfrog is a bad thing. :)

Seems a lot like a pit bull.

I don't know if Hunter is a talker...You guys NEED TALKERS...smooth talkers not bumblers....

Don't you guys have enough with people who can't Talk???? Time to elect Talkers (AND who are conservative) like Jindal, Palin, Cantor...the Younger Generation needs to come to Bat... It doesn't Matter how Conservative your Candidate is, If he doesn't know how to convey a message it won't happen again!

I don't know if Hunter is a talker.

I do, and he sure as hell isn't afraid of the democrats or the media.

Palin can win in 2012. Hunter will be a footnote lingering from 2008 by then. Palin/Jindal is the ticket to put Odumbo back in Chicago.

Palin WILL win in 2012, if we still have elections by then...

That’s (exactly) what I’m worried about.

Pelosi in the House. Reid in the Senate. Obama in the WH.

Putin in Moscow.

Chavez in Venezuela.

Ahmadinejad in Iran.

Hu in China.

I’m a bit worried, the entire future of our planet, is on the line in 3 weeks.

Yeah, I thought that about McCain and Bush also...

These guys seem to shut down once elected by their parties...

The Question should be: Can Hunter Talk can he smoooooze...Can he sway those “Independent” Americans his way with his talk with his smooozing?
