So youve no knowledge of what Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were deaeling in. Nice try to fool the readers there, skippy. What are you even talking about? Fannie & Freddie helped cause this credit/housing bubble for sure, but NOW we are talking about solutions.
McCain was asked how he would fix it NOW. He said he wanted the Gov't to buy actual mortgages from people like Joe Bob down the street who overextended himself and jumped into a home that he could not afford.
He is proposing a socialist solution which is every bit as disgusting as the underlying problem. Get a clue.

Sorry but that is just WRONGO. All those folks that are known as NINJAS are LONG GONE. They thru their house back way back when. Now, because of the crash in the housing market and I mean CRASH!!! The ones left are the law abiding citizens who got totally screwed by the mark to market rules. Houses are now being priced below what it would take to build them. So guess what that means... These folks have lost their 20% deposits and every drop of equity plus in their homes. THEY WILL WALK AWAY from these homes if they become worth practically nothing.
Do not take my word for it, find out what houses are selling for in your areas. All it takes is for one house to be foreclosed on with a low price and it brings all the other houses down with it...Example, your house is worth (you think)400,000 dollars and so is your neighbors. A house in your neighborhood just foreclosed at 200,000 dollars. GUESS WHAT???? Your house is now worth 200,000 dollars no matter how much you complain no matter how much you put down no matter how you made your payments, you just took a 200,000 dollar hit..... This is happening each and every day all across the country. Can you withstand such a dramatic deflation of the value of your home??? THE ANSWER IS NO....NOBODY CAN...

He said no such thing. What McCain said was thet the homes needed to be revalued to reflect their true after bubble value, to drive the prices of homes down in the market, and the mortgasge plan he talked about was a revaluation based refinancing of the home, and a subsequent new affordable mortgage. When the prices of homes go down, then the economy will recover more quickly.
I think its a good plan, and it won't take government money to do that.
Your literally full of shite on this one. Are you a Ron Paul sour freeper or maybe you can't hear well?
Eagle Up. Stop whining.
