This is how God Almighty deals with bunnies for persecuting ptarmigans.

Our Weims will occasionally catch a rabbit and the poor rabbit makes the most horrendous noise. We try to rescue the rabbit before they kill it. They also stalk squirrels, and their latest fad is bringing us turtles each time they venture into the woods. Why they’re all of a sudden obsessed with turtles, we don’t know...but they come back with them almost everytime, and at least the turtles aren’t harmed.

Only applies to ptarmigans and their relatives. Ptarmigans have been unfairly persecuted by bunnies and their cohorts, like seagulls, gyrfalcons, foxes, and squirrels.

Saw where a 40 Yellow Catfish regurgitated in a holding tank 3 puldues (Coots-that is a diving bird) I guess when the dive to get food, they become food for the catfish.

Poor bunny. Nothing screams like a rabbit, except possibly a horse.

This looks fishy to me. In the pictures in the article, the rabbit is always entirely behind or entirely in front of the heron, as though crudely photoshopped.
Looking at it again, I'd say ridiculously photoshopped.

There is a national wildlife preserve near where we live. One can see quite a few blue herons there. Just in a couple of visits I saw blue herons catching a snake and a rat.
To: Ptarmigan
The big herons and egrets are tough customers, I’ve seen them grab small gators and big snakes.

I’d have killed that f#cking bird before it ate the rabbit. I know it’s nature but I like rabbits more than herons.
