Blacks won’t and don’t fight to work.

There are already as many as 30 million illegals in the country and many reside in sanctuary cities. And go figure, these sanctuary cities are highly populated with blacks.

Unemployment is rising but can anyone cite where blacks have come out against illegals?

They don't fight for the job because most jobs the illegal hispanic immigrants overwhelming manual labor and farming. It seems a lot of blacks have something against doing those jobs though I can't imagine why. ;)
Unemployment for whites are rising not blacks.
Hispanics are actually losing a lot of jobs, restaurants are cutting back a lot and cutting hours of their workers illegal or not so they are not making much money right now either.

There has been plenty of friction between blacks and hispanics over jobs and turf. Black leaders have been reluctant to discuss it and prefer to sell out their community to win favor and benefit personally. I am part of a grassroots immigrant activist group fighting illegal immigration as well as changing our legal immigration policies. One part of our group is involved in DC, called Defend DC. I can tell you that there are plenty of blacks who are very upset with illegal immigration. And why shouldn't they be, with the current BLS statistics for August showing an unemployement rate for blacks of 10.6% compared to the national average of 6.1%. And the rates are much higher in urban areas and among teenages and young adults.

I attended this Brookings prsentation yesterday on the subject of the media and immigration. If you download the full report, you will see public opinion polls showing that blacks' attitutdes towards illegal immigration and amnesty track with those of non-Hispanic whites. It was discussed briefly at the conference with the consensus being that blacks are more directly affected because they are competing with immigrants over low skilled jobs.

Here is an article from the University of Chicago exploring the relationship between immigration—both legal and illegal—and African American employment. It is sobering to say the least.

That is just racist nonsense. What we have is a collapse of the family structure [68% of blacks are born out of wedlock with Hispanics next at 50%], poverty, a failed educational system that sees dropout rates as high as 75% in cities like Detroit and about 50% nationally [the Hispanic dropout rate is even higher], and rampant drug use. Half of the children under 5 today are minorities and by 2023 half of the children 18 and under will be minorities. By 2042, half of the residents of this country will be minorities and by 2050 one in five will be foreign born. Demography is destiny.

Professor Samuel P. Huntington of Harvard predicted in his 2004 article in Foreign Affairs, the Hispanic Challenge, that blacks and Hispanics will be pitted against one another as they fight over unskilled jobs.

Here is a good article about the pitched gang/racial battles being fought in LA over turf and drugs as blacks are being displaced by Hispanics neighborhood by neighborhood. California is the canary in the coal mine when it comes to demonstrating what this entire country may look like within the next 50 years.
