I'd rather see this entire thing dead before one penny goes to ACORN. Of course I find the whole bailout to be rather dubious in the first place

Is anyone actually surprised by this? I mean sure it sucks, but surprising? This is the federal government we’re dealing with.

I heard that too. At least, he was saying that was the original plan.
No wonder the Dems were freaking out when McCain came back. Now the American public is very interested in this bill.

I’d bet it was 20$% of the “mortgage relief” goodies that was going to be processed through ACORN. Still billions that should be zero. Mortgage relief was one of Barney Frank’s pet add-ins.

When I heard Senator Graham say ACORN, 20%, I almost fell out of my chair.
The audacity of corruption.

I’m laughing my ass off at all the people (here on FR and elsewhere) who have been campaigning so vigorously for this travesty. Now do you guys understand why those of us who oppose it would rather let the chips fall where they may rather than allow this act of piracy to succeed?

Do you have this on tape? My goodness, 20% to ACORN -- there's NO WAY the Dim's could be that stupid!
This "bailout" is the gift that keeps on giving!

The people behind ACORN need to be indicted under RICO statutes for coordinated voter fraud!
Over and over again, ACORN management claims it’s volunteers who commit the fraud, all over the country.
Right... Unpaid volunteers are committing the voter registration fraud in just about every county they work... But there’s no coordinated, centralized effort to commit that fraud... Right...
