protest the bailout

Protest the bailout.

Fill out a new W-4 with "EXEMPT" on line 7.

That way they can't steal any more of your money.

After all if we lose our jobs and don't have any income we expect we will have no tax to pay.

I’m totally late with my taxes. How’s that for a protest?

You’re a moron, and worse - you’re encouraging FReepers to break the law.

Exactly. We can't use the Charlie Rangel excuse nor can most of us hire the kind of legal firepower that Wesley Snipes used to escape his tax bill.

It would be nice though to see some tax reductions slipped into any sort of bailout legislation though.

Kind of like dumping tea in the harbor was against the law.

So I take it you like this bailout plan.

I paid off all my loans and now these crooks want to take even more from me. I'm sick of it.

What would happen if there were a grassroots swell of support for this idea that swept the country. Would they listen then?

I don’t like the bailout plan any more than you do, even less with all the crap that’s being added in. Still doesn’t make me willing to even consider doing anything illegal.

Is it illegal to claim exempt for 2 months and then double up the payments for 2 months after that?
