I couldn’t feel temperatures, but I do remember those last two sections (the first was an emergency and I was totally out). I’ll skip the harried story of JT’s birth for the nonce and go the memories of the youngest. Everything went well for the birth, but the folks in there darn near yanked me off the table trying to get her out. She was well in there!

Then, when they brought her around to me, she was blue. I was told that a mucus plug was in her throat and she would “pink up” right away.

She did and all was well.

Until the next day.

FWIW, she received the highest grade in her chemistry class, a 106!

I have 2 children. One born C-section. He has diabetes, Type 1 - Juvenile. Not long ago I heard it said that there is a high incidence of diabetes among children who are born this way. Made me very sad. My darling child became a diabetic at 11.

BTW, where is that HOBBY HOLLY, (that would be HOB) ;)

I’ve noticed she has slacked off in participation on this thread lately. HOB, get with the program girl.
