Gosh! I haven’t had real Michigan syrup in... decades! (I have a small souvenir bottle from DTW airport; maybe I’ll buy a larger bottle next time I pass through and try it against LoM’s CT syrup.)

I get both the honey and syrup at either the farmer's market or the "brew-it" store.

One of the things I missed most when I was overseas was real maple syrup.
