Um...m...m! The whole family loves it! Nice tomato salad with onion, bleu or gargonzola cheese and bacon or anchovies, tender pasta with red or white sauce, bread, olive oil for dipping, followed by a sweet little cannoli and cappuccino. I’m talking bellissima!!!!Life is good.

Amontillado is OK if you get it in bottles. Beware of Amontillado in casks however.
