This is making me cry, hearing that whining!
This is part of what made GS great; I'm glad there are still some in "service" to their owners like this. It's been some 80 years since they innovated Seeing Eye.
Note also this dog is more like the much-maligned "backyard dog" - not noticeably "American" nor "European" in type. Probably the most true to breed ideals.
