Watch Sarah’s eyes during this “interview”. You can see it in her eyes that she knows she is dealing with a liberal idiot in Gibson. Her eyes don’t show fear but rather disdain for Gibson. Gov. Palin is one smart beautiful woman and it will be my honor to help put her in the Whitehouse.

Sorry Charlie but you are a pompous jerk and Palin showed you up. BTW, since when does a VP need to meet with foreign people of state? The Constitution says that the President may choose a VP, it doesn't say that that VP has to have foreign policy credentials! I'm sick of these blow hards challenging Palin.

What I saw just now on Nightline was Charlie firing a shotgun at her feet, over and over again, and Sarah nimbly doing a hopscotch dance around the bullets, collecting them, and depositing them back into his hand.

Thanks for the link. I didn't have an opportunity to see the interview live, so this was much appreciated.

I noticed that there were many jump clips in the interview. Was this how it was broadcast or was this just an abridged version of the original interview?

Governor Palin didn't appear so much nervous as taut, IMHO. She looked cramped and fragile in that chair and Gibson, a comparatively larger man, appeared hostile and overbearing.

It looked very much like a cynical, authoritative principal was asking vulnerable school girl to explain herself and her actions.

Mrs. Palin calmly and deftly bypass "snare trap" hypotheticals posted by Mr. Gibson. Mr. Gibson went straight for the jugular in some of his questions and Mrs. Palin adroitly bypassed the pits-of-no-return and reasserted the campaign mission on course and target.

Good Job, Sarah!

I especially liked how she dealt with the Pakistan issue. Pakistan is on notice they'd best ensure to do what they've agreed to do.

This guy really has some nerve to act like he’s a professor giving an oral exam. This is the most aggressive, condescending, contemptuous interview.

Can you imagine what it would look like to see even one “reporter” quiz Obama like this. Wow! Gibson would have been fired for talking to Obama in this tone.

The real show here is Gibson. He has no interest in the answers, he’s just trying to evoke a gaff or misstatement. His disappointment is visible.

And he just keeps wiggling that foot and gripping the arms of the chair. This really unnerved him. He’s trying so hard to impress his Obamagasm media pals, that he’s quaking in fear.
