Since you're AD, you qualify for the Glock law enforcement discount. I'm not a strong Glock advocate, but they are utterly reliable and can take a beating like an AK-47. You can get one for about a hundred cheaper than the MP. But you need to deal with a dealer who can offer than discount.

agree on the combat tupperware. I carry a glock for day to day utility due it’s rugged (melted & dehorned) easy carry and reliability.
