Just found this on a gossip blog: Britney will not make a performance, but other artists will make a tribute for her. Miley Cyrus will open the show singing "Baby One More Time." The Jonas Brothers will interpret "Oops I Did it Again" and Katy Perry "Toxic." Others confirmed like Pink and Lil Wayne are also expected to appear, and Madonna will appear on a giant screen saying the famous phrase "It's Britney, Bitch." After that Britney Spears will appear on stage and receive a trophy and applause from the public.

So there you have it. Get the earplugs ready.

The gossip guy perez hilton this morning said NO Britney, despite a leaked video of her practicing with dancers to a new song.
She could stand there like a block of wood, bow, take a trophy like Michael Jackson, or at some point she might surprise us and perform.
