My copy from iTunes downloaded fine. Try again. If not, I don’t see any reason why it can’t be transferred and posted to a web page. I don’t think podcasts are encrypted.

I can't even find a full video copy of Sarah's speech at the itunes store and the Video Highlight speech will not download. I suppose with everyone in the world trying to download this speech, it might not be downloading as well as one might expect.

I watched Mrs. Palin’s speech straight through for the first time tonight. I loved her last week, but now I adore her today. She's the woman of my dreams! Incredible. And she would be one heartbeat away from being president. I'm stoked. I can't wait to vote for McCain this November.
