Out-flipping-standing! The DemocRATS must be setting themselves on fire even as we speak! This woman has flipped the entire apple cart. I think McCain even looks younger and more energized. Go Barracuda Sarah!

That my friends is why the leftist media and the democrats have been in frantic slime mode the last 5 days.

If McCain/Palin win, the republicans have a good chance of controlling the White House for the next 20 years. And to rejuvenate the conservative base.

Before McCain picked Palin, the democrat were not so worried. Of course they wanted Obama to win. However, if Obama didn’t win in 2008, they figured they had it locked up in 2012 with Hillary or Obama (again).

Now the democrats know Palin may be the resurrection of Ronald Regan. As someone on Fox said, she has the “gift”. Like Regan, she can stick a knife in you, while smiling, and make YOU like it. Very few politicians have that ability.

Palin is a real person first, and a politician second. But she still has the intelligence, telegenics, appeal, charisma to appeal to a large group of Americans.

Now only does she consolidate the base, but she is a real American who can appeal to moderates and democrats.

Call her the “natural”.

Wow. She did a great job. This was the first time I have been moved to emotion by a politician since Regan in 1980.

McCain did great with Palin.

Seeing her on stage with her family, holding Trig, was so special. And I loved it how Bristol and her fiancee’ held hands and joined the family on stage.

Take that Obama, your leftist lying bloggers, and your willing left wing media.

I love this convention so far, and here is why. The speakers are just telling the truth. They are using Obama’s own words and speeches. It is so refreshing to see the republicans be so blunt. These are the truthful talking points we have been saying for months. Finally a party that is just willing to tell it like it is.

Obama will collapse under the weight of truth over the next 2 months.

Ironic in that back in ‘64, conservatives saw the political debut of Ronald Reagan, as he spoke before the GOP convention at the Cow Palace that year, as Senator Barry Goldwater was nominated.

The year Sarah Palin was born.

44 years later, Governor Palin hits it out of the park as SHE addresses the GOP convention as -another- Arizona Senator is nominated, but this time there won’t be any LB-effin’ J running on the coattails of Camelot, broadcasting obscene commercials portraying the GOP nominee as a nuclear warmonger, and after tonight’s speech my tagline says it more than ever.

I am more than pleased, I’m ramped up!

What Jesse Jackson talked about doing, Sarah Palin actually did tonight.

On behalf of Michelle Obama, I have to say: Give ‘em back, Sarah!

She is one of us

And THAT is exactly why Obama and the rest of Left-wing America are scared of her. She IS one of us! Her family, her kids are totally unscripted. They are not prettied up and presented before the cameras. The kids are obviously happy and confident themselves. Her husband is a member of the United Steelworkers for crying out loud!

That vibration you feel are the Liberal feet in Washington, Chicago, San Francisco and Boston quaking in their boots.

Some thoughts:

1. She will be the first female President of the United States.

2. This woman and her speech is the most amazing political situation I have ever observed.

3. She is good enough to get Hillary, herself, to endorse Sarah.

Grand Slam!!!

Stunning speech and sooooooooo professionally delivered. I’m ordering my ‘Palin for President’ T-shirts. This gal is going to the top! Maybe, America’s Maggie Thatcher.

I thought she did a good job. I’m laughing because of all the glum faces at MSNBC—especially Keith Olbermann. He’s not smiling at all. I don’t know that he ever smiles, but he looks especially dour tonight.

Just a preview of the campaign trail for the next 2 months!!! I had never actually heard her speak, I'd only read quotes, articles, etc. WOW, just WOW. She is exceptionally articulate and confident, yet retains the "Sarah from the Heartland" appeal -- she is totally authentic and appealling, not at all contrived or over-coached, etc. She needed to know one (or several) pitches out of the park and she did it!!

Makes me think of a great quote about Margaret Thatcher..... she will gut both Biden and Obama and they're just beginning to sense what's coming their way:

==========================================================

"What does she want, this housewife? My balls on a tray?" --Jacques Chirac, then Prime minister of France, during the February 1988 Brussels summit"

ROFL. Answer = YES

And in Sarah's case, she will do it with an endearing smile! :^)
