The Politico has received an opposition research file from the Alaska Democrats. You can read it in PDF here.
In the file, the Democrats have released Sarah Palin's social security number minus the last four digits. Also tied to the information are her various home addresses.
Back in 2005, Democrats used Michael Steele's social security number to get his credit record.
It is atrocious that the Democrats would not only seek out Sarah Palin's social security number, but release it in opposition research to the press.
We need to know who did this. We also need to know what happened. We also need to know if it was used to bolster the Democrats' opposition research.
When it happened to Michael Steele, it turns out the Democrats knew about it and did nothing.
They cannot not take action now.

Not only that, but if you look at most of your credit card receipts, it lists the last four digits of your SSN, making it a snap to match it up if one is lucky enough to be dumpster diving in the right trash can or simply employed in the right office.
Doh!! I was thinking credit card #s! Sorry.
SSN also are fragile. Every time you fill out an employment app. Point that alot of you make is that there are numerous ways to get the #s. Regardless of how many numbers are released, there is absolutely no legitimate reason for it.
every credit card statement you get in the mail contains the last four digits.....if you find out the first 8, then you're in the money.......
if its one thing Pubs should learn, is never, ever have Rats working in your administration....they are not loyal to you, will use their power to the Rats advantage every time....

Of course we know the last four digits are not able to be found on lots of other documents. Now all the DNC needs to do is release her credit card and bank account numbers minus the last four digits! Sheesh.

My bet is he HAD a permit and then forgot to renew it.. or something along those lines. I am sure I would get toasted if I ran for office because once I ran a stop sign and caused an accident (daydreaming) and once I unknowingly let my license tabs expire.

I think it is. People are disgusted. All we hear though are the talking heads because common sense people have no platform and no accurate representation.
Listen to Rush, Hannity, Jason Lewis, Levin, etc... the people are pissed.
The problem is that commonly, they request the last 4 of your SSN in the clear. Therefore, it should be easy to put the two together.
This is what is to be expected of Obama and his operatives. He got elected by disqualifying his opponents on technicalities or by scandle leaks prior to the votes being cast. He is a Chicago Thug Politician as well as an avowed Marxist.
hypothesis: I wonder if they're scrutinizing her shopping records to see if she EVER shopped at any place reserved for adults, or something along those lines. Did she ever buy alcohol, lingerie, etc? You know conservatives are NEVER supposed to drink or wear lingerie.
I saved a copy of it. Metadata in the file indicates it was created 9/17/2006. Must have come out of Alaska from previous Dem opposition research efforts.
