If you know the first 7 digits, it’s easy enough to have an automated program figure out the last 4. That’s why most websites hide the FIRST seven digits, not the LAST four.

The last four digits are used so extensively they would be easy to obtain. In effect, they released the entire SSN. This crap has gone too far. If the media doesn’t hold them to account, NetRoots must.

It’s not just her SSN. This document has the VIN of every single vehicle—cars, trucks, ATVs, trailers—that Sarah or Todd Palin have owned since 1994. It’s got an address in Wasilla that maybe was where they lived before she became Governor and a phone number as well. (Does AK even have a Governor’s Mansion?) It’s got the fact that Todd Palin was charged with a misdemeanor count of “use of off-road vehicle in the Susitna Flats Game Refuge.” (NOTE: No mention of whether there was a conviction, or a fine paid.) And of course, her “using a drift gillnet without a permit” ticket, for which liberals everywhere are now screaming she should get the death penalty while Mumia abu-Jumal and Charlie Manson are left alive.
