He’s right, just about all the women who have spoken out against Sarah Palin look like they had rhubarb and unsweetened lemon juice for breakfast. Poor things and some of them have had face nips and tucks, whereas she’s a fresh face and a breath of fresh air. She makes you smile just looking at her.

I spent 6 hours today at the doctor's office and hospital getting pre-admission stuff done...3 hours were classroom material..questions and answers about almost everything you could think of concerning knee/hip surgery. Boring, yet necessary, I guess.
