Note: The following is from Meghan McCain's blogette which covers the behind the scene events of the her father's campaign. It's not so much political as it is just a daughter who admires her parents as she gives you pictorial insights to the day to day campaign on the road.
"Governor Sarah Palin"
POSTED BY MEGHAN AND PHOTOS BY HEATHER
"Yesterday was incredible. Again I got to witness history in the making, from a front row seat. Starting out the day with Dad's choice of Governor Sarah Palin as his nominee for Vice President is a moment on stage I will never forget. She and her family are so down to earth and so much fun. I could not be any luckier to have these wonderful people join us on the road. I had the pleasure of spending the day with kids Bristol, Willow, Piper and Trig. Not only do we have a new Vice Presidential nominee, but I have three new awesome girls to share the road with. I am looking forward to spending more time with them hanging out on the Straight Talk Express. It feels a bit like we're welcoming a few new blogettes to the site and my life. I couldn't be happier, more pleased or excited. This has truly been one of the best days on the trail so far."

Where have all the pantsuits gone..................
bttt
LOL! I hand't noticed that picture in detail until you mentioned that. Lots of good looking leg in that photo!!!
Looks like the Republican convention will be a cankle free zone.Something the Dems could never aspire to...
Funny! Someone mentioned on Fox yesterday how refreshing it is to see women dressing as women.
What a super site - and the photos are quite telling.
Notice how gracefully Cindy McCain refrains from hogging a front & center position alongside the Senator. I hope Cindy & Sarah bond and that Sen.McCain spends quality time with that “salt of the Earth” Todd Palin.....
Good vibes mean VICTORY!!!
(p.s. if you can find any magic moments between Poseur & Plugs please post - not holdin’ my breath)
If a woman is going to run I want her to be be feminine and graceful, like a woman, not dressed like a man and trying to project her voice like a man.
Todd Palin looks like Tim McGraw (without hat and with hair).
This says it all:
“I have furs on the wall. I don’t wear furs.” - Sarah Palin
Like Maha Rushie said: Guns, Babies and Jesus!!!!
There was a thread yesterday (mostly women;) soliciting pics of Todd Palin - as a spoof of the FReeper Felluhs whose testosterone always compels them to post pics of Ann Coulter whenever they feel FReatened.
Dunno if it will have LEGS!
amen to that. Hillery should have a least tried to wear a skirt or dress now and then. sheesh!
Well you have to admit he is nice to look at.
Sarah Palin has superior judgement in men (father of her children), money (saving tax-payers) and motives(service not power).
That is so true. Five kids, she’s looking terrific.
It depends... a few women can wear pantsuits and look nice and feminine, but you’ve got to have just the right body type and just the right hairstyle to pull it off - it’s difficult, but not impossible. Personally, I have a suit with a matching skirt, and I find the pants are more comfortable than the skirt, and the footwear I’m able to wear with the pants hundreds of times more comfortable than the obligatory heels for the skirt =( Sometimes I’d like to travel back in time and stop whoever started the idea that heels are ‘professional’ footwear for a woman - I’d take a pair of ballet flats instead (what the littlest girl in the picture is wearing) any day cause even though they don’t make my legs look so nice, cause at least they aren’t painful.
As far as the ‘projecting her voice like a man’, any woman who has to do that either hasn’t learned how to project her voice properly, or more likely hasn’t learned how to use a microphone properly.
Poor ol’ Bubba - he’s probably wandering around that Chappequa mansion mumbling:
“DANG......I shoulda, coulda, woulda........and I chose Al Gore”
You may need to send a few pictures.
Ha! Just kidding.
Obviously you could teach the Democrat women a thing or two about style and grace.
Waiting on the pictures...
