For example, when family theme parks present “scientific evidence” purporting to support the notion that people walked the Earth with dinosaurs nearby, people are tricked into believing something that should be taken on religious faith as true scientific evidence contradicts the notion. This dishonesty undermines science, certainly, but also faith, as religious faith should stand on its own; it does not require the support of purloined and manipulated scientific evidence [emphasis added].
But I thought that was the whole purpose of creation "science."

Guys, I read here on FR last night that Palin believes in teaching Scientific Creationism.

If that's true, let's see if it successfully dooms the electoral chances of the Republican ticket or not, as some have suggested it would.

(...and against a Harvard-educated lawyer like Obama, and another (self)-proclaimed high-IQ type like Biden, too!)

In the meantime, for a pro-Palin analysis, may I present Cheese, Moose, Palin.
