LOL
Brit is in Washington.
He only controls what happens there. He doesn’t have anything to do with what happens in NY.
I was gagging this morning at the fawning over the speeches from last night’s convention—Fox and Friends.
Right on Karl - Lieberman would be devastating.
They do fawn at times. But, at least it doesn’t feel like the whole station is in the tank!
susie
OK, so he is getting into who he calls and says the report is untrue.
She continued.. saying Lieberman confirmed the report. And Rove said "I'm not going to get into who I call"
Which is it? How is this Fox's fault?
I think I read here yesterday that Rove called Lieberman and asked him to NOT accept the VP nomination if offered to him...
I think that McCain would pick Lieberman in a heart beat if he thought he could get away with it.
Ridge would upset me. It would be like a wasted 1st roung draft pick.
Romeny, Cantor would be good. Palin would be a gutsy move...
Lieberman and Mccain would probably get alot done in 4 yrs.... BUT
I can’t imagine Lieberman as president...
Tough decisions...
bttt
Ditto. I think if he did call just acknowledge it. No biggie. He(Rove) has put himself in the spotlight and should expect to be quizzed on such rumors. If he did make the call, say so and then when the applause dies down move on...
I agree. I don't see how Fox "threw Rove under the bus" by asking a question and expecting a truthful answer. One thing I've always liked about Fox is that they often do not let their guests get out of answering questions. Tim Russert would ask tough questions and then let libs weasel out of answering them. If Rove cannot truthfully answer a question from Megyn Kelly, I fail to see this as her fault. I get the impression he lied about calling Lieberman, and when Kelly called him on it, he clammed up.
