I suspect that wouldnt happen until after the September 22 ruling, where a lot is at stake. I suspect that somebody had a real good sense of humor, given the date.

Being that this lawsuit was about monies generated by the Trilogy, will it have any effect on the filming timetable for the Hobbit and Film 2? I wonder what the new story will ultimately be called!
