I opened my hosts file, went to the site, selected and pasted this:

127.0.0.1 ad.doubleclick.com
127.0.0.1 ad.doubleclick.net
127.0.0.1 www.doubleclick.com
127.0.0.1 www.doubleclick.net

Suddenly, many of the websites I visit are easier to read and not nearly so annoying. :)

How do you edit it? When I open it in Notepad, make changes and then try to save it, it stops me. It says something has it open. I closed the browswer and Zonealarm. What else uses it?
