Other site links with photos. This seems to have been another watering hole trap, similar to the Mammoth Site in Hot Springs, but both a slightly different time frame, and a different range of animals.

How could so many different kind of animals become extinct without man to help them? I'd love to have a bobcat sized saber tooth tiger. He could follow me around while I ride my three toed horse and hunt tiny deer like creatures.
