“When are you going to teach them to enter the at correct address?”

The right address is anyplace a dynamic entry isn't needed. Anyplace a dynamic entry actually was needed would be a "wrong" address, since the agents would get slaughtered.

I think you are referring to “the waders”, not the shoes in this case. They have so many ‘events’ I wonder if the news even bothers writing about them all.

If you want to be safe, limit yourself to a 5 shot revolver, single shot 28 inch shotgun, stock bolt action ‘06 (no sniper looks, non- milspec) and a single shot .22 rifle

Let's see. A "Saturday Night Special", a gun "Particularly suitable for conversion to an illegal weapon", a "Military caliber" firearm (already banned in Mexico), and ... well you might get away with the single shot .22 for now.

reeks of Nazi mindset and tactics to me.

It certainly does. But, that's how liberalism rolls. A figure like Obama could, with very little effort, raise a national socialist movement along the path that many of today's laws have provided.

Minor fissures like gun control laws, cell phone laws, seatbelt laws, enviornmental laws, etc. could be cracked wide-open with the right charasmatic leader. If in doubt, take a hammer and chisle to a rock- noting the grain- and you can split it with ease.

Hammer and sickle- who (in their right mind) would put these on their flag? I think I know what the hammer stands for, but the symbolism behind the sickle is something else. Oh, and don't forget the red background (is that blood?). Some day I'll have to research the meaning behind the symbols used on the communist flag.

Yes, Bush should have dumped Clinton's appointments in every department. This may be the magic ingredient overlooked when everything comes crashing down. A strict conservative president could appoint strict constructionist judges and fail to rid us of the liberal/non-constitutional department heads.

Building a free society is much more difficult than installing tyranny. It requires those at the bottom (states, counties, cities) to respect individual rights as proposed in the original draft, and conform. But they don't, as the 'power' given unto them corrupts their perspective.

By contrast, a tyrant just walks in, pounds on the desk, and all his cronies hit the streets wearing badges, leafs, and epaulets in order to crush liberty as they see fit.

We're the last bastion of freedom and oil seems to be the commodity that'll test us dearly. I've got a carbon footprint that I'd like to shove up Al Gore's rear. Not that I care a whit about carbon dioxide, but suffer communists less than poorly.

The America that once was can be again, but a lot of bureaucrats will have to step aside (or get fired). BATFE employees can read, and all they have to read is this: "the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." Any and every bureaucrat or foot soldier that violates this precept ought to face civil penalties and criminal prosecution. Unbeknownst to them, the havoc and un-Americanism their acts foist on us all will ultimately lead to the death of the sow whose 'teat' they've been so firmly attached.

It's a rare parasite that recognizes it's relationship with it's host- such that it spares it from death. I don't think BATFE is that smart. Freedom is dying and these corndog-lickers merrily trample the second ammendment at will. F them.

Great rant. Keep them coming.

I don’t agree that the America that once was could be again by axing bureaucrats. IMHO, they are the symptom, not the cause.

To me, rebirth of the old America requires a highly moral populace, deeply spiritual, putting family before all things and community next, with strong conscience living by the 10 commandments and the golden rule.

So long as a huge minority of our populace is in-your-face opportunists doing everything they can to cheat, lie, and steal to get ahead (even subtly so as not to get caught), immoral, selfish to the core, and unwilling to sacrifice one iota to a cause greater than their immediate gratification — until then we have lost “old America”.

Could the population return to that state? I can’t see it. More and more people want the easy way out. The character of the past was very difficult and took a lot of love and discipline and training to mold. You don’t get that in today’s Doctor Spock world where 12 year-old girls have abortions without Mom and Dad ever being told.

I can’t see it, my friend. I love the American character of optimism and never-say-die and patriotism. But I fear this growing minority is casting a pall over the nation that Americans of good character can’t contain and overcome. I pray I’m wrong. I do. But I’m not seeing it.

That's a funny tagline. Bear in mind, it could piss-off the 92% of blacks voting for Obama 'cause he's black. ;^)

You a 92'er? I'm a 49er.

I had the opportunity to play music for the 49ers at the end of their training camp in Rocklin, Ca. I got a picture of Joe Montana on slide film that ladies have offerred much to possess.

When girls want something, they pull out all the stops. It's no wonder that they often get their way. It's no wonder that they got the right to vote in 1920 and, most recently, almost nominated Hillary.

If they weren't so sexy, I would question their success. But I'm wondering: were they that 'sexy' in 1920? I've seen the bathing suits back then. Women then were not like they are today. Today's sweet-thing wouldn't be caught dead in a '20s bathing suit/burkha. And I respect them for that.

Gee, you've just described the boys that put together just about every home loan written over the past three years!

Our system is ripe for parasitism. Freedom means leaving your front door unlocked or keys in your car's ignition- not afraid that some punk will come along to prove you wrong.

Yeah, you can have morality and rules and hope that others will go along, but more importantly, you have to have a well regulated 'populace' that will invoke consequences immediately. Like it or not, that involves guns.

Basically, people take advantage of those that are free by finding 'faults' with their freedom, as if by being free, someone else was tempted to 'do wrong'. Thus, we have limits on hands-free cell phones but more importantly, gun controls that make no sense whatsoever.

There'll always be those who'll abuse their cell phones. There will always be those who'll abuse their right to 'keep and bear arms'. What sets a free people apart from the non-free is we refuse to be punished or lose rights due to the actions (or miss-actions) of others.

I bet that there isn't one poster to this site that wasn't, at some time, held back from a recess in elementary school due to the screw-up by one of their fellow students. What was the lesson, boys and girls!!? Collective punishment is STATE APPROVED. What, we can't indroctrinate students with limited government/individual liberty as our founders intended, but we can fill them with commie collectivist crap- at taxpayer's expense!

I want my country back. I'm ready to do whatever is necessary to get her back. Lady Liberty has been defiled long enough at the hands of those posing as Americans. "Get your stinking hands off her!" is what I want to say to my congress, the executive, and supreme court as if I were talking about my sister.

Yes, it is that personal with me and no amount of excuses will justify 'feeling her up' just to see how much you can 'get away with'. You want to see some real Homeland Security?, just piss a bunch of people like me off. Better yet, just keep doing what you do best. This place is gonna explode on your a**. Jefferson could put it more eloquently, but pearls never influenced swine. Heavy traffic ahead, folks.

I say “generally law abiding” because the gun laws have become so petty and sinister, it is very easy to inadvertently violate them without any criminal intent.

Therefore, says gilbo, it aint really a law...its a criminal assault on FRee citizens...

DID YOU KNOW?

As you walk up the steps to the building which houses the U.S Supreme Court you can see near the top of the building a row of the world's law givers and each one is facing one in the middle who is facing forward with a full frontal view ... it is Moses and he is holding the Ten Commandments!

DID YOU KNOW?

As you enter the Supreme Court courtroom, the Two huge oak doors have the Ten Commandments Engraved on each lower portion of each door.

DID YOU KNOW?

As you sit inside the courtroom, you can see The wall, right above where the Supreme Court judges sit, a display of the Ten Commandments!

DID YOU KNOW?

There are Bible verses etched in stone all over the Federal Buildings and Monuments in Washington , D.C.

DID YOU KNOW?

James Madison, the fourth president, known as ‘The Father of Our Constitution’ made the following statement:

’ We have staked the whole of all our political institutions upon the capacity of mankind for self-government, upon the capacity of each and all of us to govern ourselves, to control ourselves, to sustain ourselves according to the Ten Commandments of God.’

DID YOU KNOW?

Patrick Henry, that patriot and Founding Father of our country said: ‘It cannot be emphasized too strongly or too often that this great nation was founded not by religionists but by Christians, not on Gospel of Jesus Christ’.

DID YOU KNOW?

Every session of Congress begins with a prayer by a paid preacher, whose salary has been paid by the taxpayer since 1777.

DID YOU KNOW?

Fifty-two of the 55 founders of the Constitution were members of the established orthodox churches in the colonies.

DID YOU KNOW?

Thomas Jefferson worried that the Courts would overstep their authority and instead of interpreting the law would begin making law an oligarchy the rule of few over many.

DID YOU KNOW?

The very first Supreme Court Justice, John Jay, said: ‘ Americans should select and prefer Christians as their rulers.’

How then, have we gotten to the point that everything we have done for 220 years in this country is now suddenly wrong and unconstitutional?

Lets put it around the world and let the world see and remember what this great country was built on.

It is said that 86% of Americans believe in God. Therefore, it is very hard to understand why there is such a mess about having the Ten Commandments on display or ‘In God We Trust’ on our money and having God in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Andy Rooney

As great as that is, Andy never mentioned anything about our God given rights. I'm not one to forget that self defense is one of them. The BATF shouldn't sqeeze us too hard.

Freedom means leaving your front door unlocked or keys in your car's ignition- not afraid that some punk will come along to prove you wrong.

Yes, that is true freedom and just reading that leveled me spiritually with a wave of nostalgia for something that will never come again. That hurts. I agree with you! That is freedom! Freedom is a young lady being able to walk the streets at midnight if she needs to without fear. Still, nobody believes me when I say we have lost so many freedoms.

Here in the Sacramento area, I can barely remember those days when freedom let me leave the car doors unlocked with possessions inside that were always left unmolested when I returned. Anymore, it takes a road trip deep into flyover country for me to be reminded there are places where the gas stations trust you to pump your gasoline first and pay later, because the people are trustworthy, while doing that here would lead to a high number of driveoffs.

I can't even see my family off at the airport anymore because they need to wait at the gate and I'm not allowed to accompany them to the gate. As if everybody is a terrorist. IMO, the terrorist have already won. They made us permanently change our behavior and they made the public lose many pre-existing freedoms. They didn't win it all, but they won the battle for sure. Life is more oppressive today than it was on September 10, 2001, before all of these jackass rules went into effect pretending to be for our security, when all they are is ineffective feel-good measures, put in place to LOOK like we are doing something, while avoiding young Muslim men who are the real enemy. Not all young Muslim men are the enemy, but all the enemy are young Muslim men, and they should be the ones that all tightened rules are applied to, not grandma's walker and baby Dee's diapers.

I cherish my freedom and having lost so much of it makes me want to cry. I like your attitude about fighting to take it back, but I can't see it. You and the other dozen will just get murdered. Nobody cares. The masses don't know how much freedom they lost and appear not to want to know. They don't want to believe it. The 25% of Americans who are immigrants only know they have it better than in the countries they fled, so they don't care if the US was more free in the past. They don't know and they don't care. So help me, I don't see a fight ahead. I see a long gradual process by an apathetic, uninformed, immoral and amoral electorate to vote us back into bondage in exchange for promises of more free stuff from the government, stuff like "free" health care or "free" retirement.

I would like to share your dream that a fight is coming because it would mean that lost freedoms might be restored. I don't believe it. Those who would fight are much too few and will be easily dealt with one by one. There is no fight coming and no restoration to our lost freedoms. Not with a populace that doens't know its history. Or care. "What time's the big game on? We got enough beers? The news says everything's fine. Life couldn't be better."

I didn’t know most of that. I DO know how we got to where we are.

The reason for most of the problems we have — from political correctness to abortion to environmental extremism, on and on — is Communism. Pure and simple.

Say that, and many people feel like you are McCarthy reborn. But it is simple for anyone who wants to connect the dots that the Soviets have been extremely aggressive in exporting communism. As aggressive as the US has been in exporting democracy.

I don’t know to what extent they infiltrated the nation or to what extent they simply turned the poor and the disgruntled and the dreamers to believe in communist utopian beliefs. But the evidence is all there. Communists did suddenly rise up in all venues such as government, hollywood, schools, unions, churches. It is no secret that much of the stated goals of communists to bring down the US has been achieved. The breakup of the family. Embracing abortion. Embracing homosexuality. Political correctness. Go right down the Democrat National platform and it reads like the menu of how to bring down the USA.

So yes, I know precisely how we got here and I can only hope that some how, the entrenched communist followers in the USA will die off without passing on their vile dreams to subsequent generations. But I don’t know about that. They really own the government schools and to that extent are doing a great job of brainwashing the children. If the explosion in “green” thinking is any guide, we won’t be able to grow the economy or GDP in the future, because the children today will destroy the energy base needed to drive future economic activity. And that too is a communist goal.

The cold war never ended. The communists just stopped using bullets and stepped up using books.

So yes, I know damn well how we got here. The problem for them is, socialism clearly doesn’t work, and people know this instinctively. They understand instinctively that you won’t work hard if you get paid for doing nothing, but you will work hard if you keep all the gains you earn and starve if you are lazy. So communism requires much brainwashing to overcome the truth of democracy and capitalism. And therein lies its flaw. When the kids get to the real world, many of them will see that they were lied to, and the backlash will be real.

Still, yes I know how we got here. Communists were very active in insuring we got here and are active still.

Have you ever sat back and wondered who came up with this idea. Without a doubt this was one of their greatest accomplishments ever. Overnight the entire middle class showed just how obediant they could be when dictators say, “You must do it!”

Without a thought about Loss of Liberty or personal Freedom they stand in line, a**hole to belly buttom like a bunch of stupid puppets. Disgusting display of people succumbing to fear. They look at Department of Homeland Securities royal idiot, Michael B. Chertoff to keep them safe.

“TERRORISM” May 2002 - So it appears that the “home of the brave” includes citizens who may be intimidated by the presence of a plastic knife! One may only be terrorized if he allows himself to be. “Terror” is a bad word and should be abandoned. Apparently, we are living in an age when word usage may be dictated by the timid, the cowardly and the dishonorable. Let us turn that around and set up proper English usage to suit people who are worthy of it. Just as you cannot be enslaved against your will, you cannot be terrorized against your will. We inherit a noble tradition. Let us now resolve to live up to it!

Overnight the entire middle class showed just how obediant they could be when dictators say, “You must do it!”

I learned all I need to know about the spineless lack of fortitude of modern Americans and the speed they haveto surrender their freedoms from shopping alone. Yes! shopping!

Here in Northern Calfornia we have safeway Grocery stores. Safeway began a marketing ploy offering discounts on goods for those who got a new discount card. I refused. I told people not to get the cards, logic being, Safeway always had sales to get rid of excess stock and to lure shoppers from competitors, and nothing would change with the cards. But everybody said, "I can't get the discount without the card!

Now if everybody told Safeway to shove it up their ass, no cards, the marketing ploy would have folded. Instead, the usual mass of brain dead freedom-selling sheep gobbled up the cards and I soon found I was priced out of ANY sales because I refused to get a card. Eventually I succumbed, but I got a card with a fake name and a fake address and phone number. I then proceeded to secure vengeance on Safeway by NEVER willing buying a single product that was not on sale, and I didn't, except for those staples that never go on sale.

Point being, when my cereal went on sale, I bought cases. When my soft drinks went on sale, I bought pallets. When my canned goods went on sale, I bought grosses. Never again would Safeway make a penny of profit off me.

The beauty of this example is that it illustrates that the mass of sheep will give away their freedom for little or nothing more than a tiny perceived gain. In this case, the gain was exactly ZERO. Safeway had sales before MANDATING the cards. Safeway had sales after. Nobody's food bill went down after requiring the cards, but now you could not buy a sale item without it being scanned with your purchase so they could track every single item you ever bought from then on in.

One day the insurance companies will love to know who made mass purchases of cigarette cartons or hard liquor cases or even bought butter or oil by the boatload. And what did the sheeple gain on their end. NOTHING. ZERO. ABSOLUTE NOT A STINKING THING. And this is the fellow citizen I am counting on to secure my 1st and 2nd and 5th and 10th Amendment rights under the Constitution?

Truly, we are doomed. Truly. America has been a fabulous system of free and equal government, but the average American today not only has NO ability to keep our Republic, but they have no conception how fast we are losing our freedom. Even worse, they don't deserve to be free, IMHO. They have already slipped their heads in the yolks and they are asking the same of me. Puke.
