From where the other three members of this relay team stood, they watched along with everyone else inside the Water Cube as Lezak -- self-described "late-bloomer," a 32-year-old graybeard in a peachfuzz sport -- hauled off after Bernaird, the chatty Frenchmen, for what was surely a fruitless pursuit, what was sure to be a prophesy fulfilled.
After all, it was Bernard who'd proclaimed defiantly in the days leading up to this showdown: "The Americans? We're going to smash them. That's what we came here for."

Yes, it’s got lots o’ that type of humor...it’s vulgar, but funny!
My daughter was a bit “taken aback” by his gorgeous body. My wife would have truly enjoyed it.
I don’t think too many people are upset with seeing bare-chested men.
I love using examples such this when my students complain "I did my best; I deserve an A."
Le petit equipe gauche... ou peutetre Belge...?
Big time Schadenfreude...!
My French is a bit rusty, but I got to put together the phrase Deer in the headlights... there's no better description.

Any events from "Working Rodeo" along with goat drenching without ropes and cow and horse vaccinating.

You must not watch much swimming.
And you definiately have never hired a plumber. Now that’s scandalous.
Just watched it again!
I still want to stand up and cheer!!
Who’s talkin’ now! JUST AWESOME!
My wife and I were talking about Phelps the other night and I said with is big feet and long frame that he “has a body built for swimming”.
My wife promptly responded, “He has a body built for a lot of things.”
I like your wife!
I would submit that what Lezak did was superhuman, and that performances such as that are what the olympics are all about, and what makes these athletes so exceptional. Lezak is truly an Olympian, based on his finish last night.

Thanks!!
LMAO! Those faces are priceless!
*bump*
After years of practice, I can get this costume on in 4.67 seconds... I had no idea this was a competitive sport!
Well,,do you mind being hung up and gutted?
I watch a lot of swimming, and suits have never been as low on camera as they have been this year. I understand that the suits aren’t comfortable, but they have robes. Maybe they should use them instead of showing the world their pubic bone.
