Cornered Cat?
Where’d they get the name. It sounds like the little 7 pound cat my mother had for years. When cornered by a Doberman without a means of escape, fluffy killed the 35 pound dog. A cat can definately take care of itself if it absolutely has to.

Here's a nice weapon for the ladies. S&W Lady Smith in .38/.357. Designed to fit the smaller hand and fires a range of ammunition from .38 target to .357 bone crusher. A little pricey new, but many available used.

Taurus also makes a small CC revolver in the same calibers:

For those who prefer an autoloader, I'd suggest the Millennium Pro, also by Taurus, available in calibers .32 through .45 ACP
