To my great surprise they are doing an expose on Edwards and Reille Hunter. The video of them is hilarious.
I think it will be time delayed ...

I’m with you. The “Harmony” segment was creepy to listen to. I’d never imagine the concept of “harmony” sound like a bunch of chanting, scary, militaristic men. Interesting.

They're very gracious people...can't drive to save their lives though.
They use to say in Singapore that the British put the lines on the road but they neglected to tell the locals what they are used for.

I pray someone does it. Everyone deserves to be free.

Russia went to war with an American ally today, one who is supporting the effort in Iraq, and China is going all 1936 on us. I don’t like it one bit.

I dont think the middle class will rise up. They are having it too good now to put that lifestyle in danger with an overthrow of the government.
As long as they have a job, ain't starving and have a place to hang their hat for the night, like most people, they are happy to go with the flow.

So how much is the U.S.A. going to get booed during the part where the athletes get to walk in because of hate, jealousy, etc?

Mute it then. It really is very interesting to watch.

Their fawning over the ChiCom’s and their hyperbole over these ceremonies is simply disgusting...

Youre missing a fabulous opening if you can get past the politics.
I would have turned off the 1936 Olympics as well. How 'bout you?

They could just run a crawl on the bottom with facts on it (like the LED screens, number of performers, etc.) instead of these two.

Bob Costas: "Now it's time to ooh and ahh ..."

Actors perform during the Opening Ceremonies of the 2008 Summer Olympic Games Friday Aug. 8, 2008, at National Stadium in Beijing.

I thought the highlight of the coverage was the US Beach Volley Ball babes saying that their highlight was meeting President Bush. I thought the NBC announcer was going to barf.
I lived in Hermosa Beach once and “dated” a beach volley ball player. These woman are in shape and have amazing stamina. Damn near killed me.
