So beautiful, thank you!
Of course, you can. And that flower basket is so very pretty and sparkly!
((((((Billie)))))), see you tomorrow.
Lovely. Memories.
Beautiful voice, and such a resonance chamber.
I was surprised to find out that he weighed a thousand pounds when he died at age 38. Just getting to a performance must have been extremely hard on him. What a loss.
Jaycee—yeah—it’s all her fault! LOL
**That doesn’t seem surprising - after mentioning all the books you have and how you love to read. :)**
I adore reading! As soon as I figured out what letters were, and that letters made words—I was gone. I hated—loathed—Dick and Jane. I used to cry because the librarian would only let me have one of those big paper sacks of books at a time! We lived way out of town and only got in about every two weeks.
Lucky for me, I grew up in a reading family! Anywhere else it would be considered rude, but everyone in my very large extended family is guilty—doesn’t matter what is going on, all of us will pick up something to read. It’s nothing to see eight or ten of us sprawled in various poses with our noses in a book in the midst of total mayhem! Course, the fact that most of us are ADD/serious multitaskers—take your pick!—doesn’t hurt any! All my aunts and uncles shared whatever they were reading, and we were forever passing/trading books.
Bought two new books Sun by a couple of my favorite authors. Finished one, and I’ve been making myself leave the other one alone until I get some cleaning and my Sept article done. I can hear it calling to me. Sigh. I guess I’ll be up late tonight! LOL
The sad thing is—none of my kids read. All that bull about reading to them when they’re little? It’s just that.
**most handsone guy, dark-tanned, black hair, etc.etc. And the instructions were telling you if you kept looking you could see the ocean**
LOLOLOL
Got one awhile back about guardian angels—funny thing, he looked like your guy with wings!
Good evening Jaycee :)
We did have a great time. Unfortunately, we weren't able to make it to Boston and the Freedom Trail. I really wanted to see Faneuil Hall and the Quincy Market Place. From what you said it wasn't to be missed....and we went and missed it. :-(
We ran out of time, so we'll just have to plan another trip back to Boston. Next time we will concentrate on Boston and then maybe go up to Vermont and Maine. We just had way too much on our list of things to see and do this time.
We did have a great time touring Salem Town and old Salem Village (Topsfield) and Plymouth and Duxbury, but it wasn't a very relaxing trip, until we got to West Virginia. Then everything slowed down and we just enjoyed visiting with WVNan and experiencing her part of West Virginia. I will be posting some photos of our visit with Nan after the 17th when she will have time to be here on the thread. I will ping you. :-)
Probably was....he probably grew wings~~LOl~~

Hi GeeBee...I just checked back on the thread and saw you post. I’ve been ‘email talking’ with a friend tonight. Its fun.
Are you ready for school? When does it start or has it already? Goodness, time flies!
Is there an echo on that last post...I wish that didn’t happen! There’s a ghost in my computer...I couldn’t have made a mistake~~LOL~~
It sure does fly by. I get kind of sad when Booboo goes back. I'll have to get back to painting and other projects soon too.
re: ghost
I’ve got one too! Too bad we can’t figure out how to get our “ghost” to double up on the good stuff—like your yardboy!
Came back again....bad pennies just keep showing up. Boy, we are partying late tonight, aren’t we?
I have to blame it on the ghost....there is no one else to blame it on!
I’m always telling my friends that a ghost comes in my house at night and messes up my house. Thats when I don’t straighten up everything before I go up to bed. (which is a lot)....Guess I am closing down now. See you tomorrow! Happy Gardening, garden girl.
Yes, it rained a little on the first day we were in Plymouth, but on the day we took the tour of Plimoth Plantation it cleared up and was a beautiful day. I don't think I would want to be out there in the rain.
It rained a little in Salem too, but it could have been worse. Most days were very nice and the weather wasn't too terrbily muggy.
I love Plymouth too. I would love to spend time in New England. There is so much to do and see. :)
I would have liked to have had more that two days in Plymouth. It would have been fun exploring the town.
I have to show you the place we stayed there. It is called "By the Sea Bed and Breakfast", and it was right on the water. It couldn't have been in a better location. We could see the Mayflower II from the deck on the front of the house. Aren't the flowers beautiful?
That's great you visited WVNan and Dutchess! I look forward to your photos!
Yes, getting to spend time with Dolly, Dutchess and WVNan was the highlight of our trip. I just love those ladies so much! :-)
