She is fed only wet and dry cat food.As opposed to...??? There's more kinds? Why wasn't I told!

I’m not PETA member, by far, but that is ridiculous to let a pet get that fat.

“Anderch said the shelter does euthanize unclaimed pets — 26.4 percent of the 10,500 brought to the shelter last year — but in Princess Chunky’s case, Anderch said she is sure that she will survive and have a good home.”
Ha! You see, sometimes being fat DOES pay off!

A relative of mine has a cat that weighs in the upper 20’s and it is already outrageously fat. The odd thing is that the owner is somewhat anorexic herself.

Fed only wet and dry cat food!! Is there any other kind? I’ll bet the person who wrote this article listens to only AM or FM radio when they are driving around.

As my wife said this morning, (read about this in the Detroit News) don’t you think the owner would have noticed a 44# kitty not at home?
Well he or she doesn’t have to buy a side of beef every couple of weeks to feed tubby.

Put that cat on the Atkins diet (or some form of a raw diet), quickly! She's obviously been eating too many carbs.
Sorry, but there's just no good excuse for a cat to get that fat. Holy Toledo!
