In the Talmud it says there were ten strings. In the psalms, many times it says upon a harp of ten strings I will praise thee Hashem. There's something special about the number ten. Is it just me, or does that thingie have only eight strings?

Neat - now I have a gift idea for my husband, whose hobbies are music and theology. This would fit both!!

Great post, thanks.
My adult daughter plays the harp.
When she was learning as a child, it was wonderful.
There are no bad tones on a harp.
